This week, Slovenia is celebrating Week of the Child (Teden otroka) – a special week dedicated to children, their creativity, play, and joy of discovering the world around them!
Each year, The Slovenian Association of Friends of Youth (ZPMS) organizes this nationwide celebration, which begins on the first full week of October. The event highlights the importance of childhood, play, friendship, and happiness. Every year, Week of the Child carries a special theme – and this year, it’s all about creativity, imagination, and free play, the essential ingredients that help children build the future.
