Open job position: Supervisor
We are looking for a qualified and experienced construction supervisor to collaborate in overseeing construction projects.
Key Responsibilities and Duties:
Supervision of construction projects in accordance with the Construction Act
Communication with contractors, designers, and investors
Preparation of reports, minutes, and other documentation
Performing the duties of site supervisor and oversight of construction and craft works for both civil engineering and building projects, across all levels of complexity, in line with the Construction Act
Coordination with other supervisors, clients, and contractors on construction sites
What We Expect:
Minimum level VI technical education
A license as a certified engineer or construction site manager (in accordance with IZS requirements) is preferred
Precision and experience in construction supervision or execution of construction works
Strong knowledge of relevant legislation
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Proficiency in MS Office tools
Category B driving license
Entrepreneurial and proactive mindset
Problem-solving abilities and orientation
Professional appearance and conduct
