We are hiring a Construction Supervisor (m/f)

We are a Slovenian company with more than 20 years of experience in providing comprehensive services in construction projects. With a team of over 30 experts, we are involved in projects from initial concept to final delivery. We operate locally and internationally and specialize in industrial buildings.

We are looking for a reliable and experienced Construction Supervisor who wants to contribute to the successful execution of high-quality construction projects.

Key responsibilities:

• Supervising construction works in accordance with construction legislation

• Communication with contractors, designers and investors

• Preparation of reports, records and project documentation

• Performing duties of site supervision for low-rise and high-rise construction projects

• Coordination with other supervisors, clients and contractors on site

• Monitoring quality of works and compliance with project documentation

Requirements:

• Technical education (minimum level VI)

• Preferably licensed engineer or site manager (IZS)

• Experience in construction supervision or site execution

• Good knowledge of construction legislation

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Proficiency in MS Office

• Category B driving license

• Proactive mindset and problem-solving orientation

• Accuracy, responsibility and professional attitude
