We are looking for a qualified and experienced construction supervisor to collaborate in overseeing construction projects.
Key tasks and responsibilities:
Implementation of supervision over the construction of buildings in accordance with the Construction Act
Communicating with contractors, designers, and investors
Preparation of reports, minutes, and other documentation
Implementation of the tasks of the supervisor and control of construction and craft works in the construction of buildings in the field of low and high construction, for all levels of complexity of buildings, in accordance with the Construction Law.
Coordination with other supervisors, clients, and contractors on construction sites
We expect:
Education at least at the VI. level of technical direction
License for authorized engineer or works manager (in accordance with the conditions of the Chamber of Engineers)
Accuracy and experience in construction supervision or construction work
Good knowledge of legislation
Great communication and organizational skills
Mastering computer tools MS Office
Driver's license category B
Entrepreneurial and proactive thinking
Capabilities and problem-solving orientation
Personal grooming
